Enderby, Darlene M.

Darlene M. Enderby, age 68, of Clintonville passed away Wednesday, June 2, 2021 at ThedaCare Medical Center, Shawano.

The former Darlene Marie Karnz was born on September 3, 1952 in Green Bay to Edlee and Agnes (Dombrowski) Karnz Sr. She grew up in Green Bay and graduated from St. Joseph’s Academy in Green Bay in 1970. Darlene later went on to NWTC in Green Bay earning an associate degree in Marketing Communications. She was united in marriage on May 1, 1993 to Steven R. Enderby at Central Assembly of God Church in Green Bay. Darlene worked in the scheduling department for many years at Schneider National in Green Bay. Then she was employed for some years at Prevea Clinic in Green Bay scheduling procedures. The couple lived in Green Bay until settling in Clintonville in 2002. Darlene worked a short time in the office at both Seagrave Fire Apparatus and then at Clintonville Family Dentistry. Darlene was an active member of Bethany Evangelical Free Church, Clintonville, where she participated in the Ladies Bible Study Group and with the Church Music Group. The couple played in the Bee’s Knees band and really enjoyed performing at nursing homes and at other local events. Darlene especially loved going fishing, crocheting, playing pool, and dancing to country music. She also enjoyed making her own jewelry and creating other beautiful craft projects.

Survivors include her husband of 28 years, Steve; a grandson, Michael Peterson; and one brother, Randy (Amy) Karnz. There are five sisters-in-law, Kathi Karnz, Sandy Fenlon, Ellen Enderby, Gail (Keith) Sengbusch, and Kay (Scott) Harrison. She is further survived by a special godson Paul Karnz; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends; and her dogs Banjo and Amandolin. Darlene was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Crystal Falish-Peterson; a brother, Edlee Karnz Jr.; her father and mother-in-law, Ralph and La Verne Enderby; and two brothers-in-law, Bruce Enderby and Gordy Fenlon.

Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, June 8th at 11:00 a.m at Bethany Evangelical Free Church, Clintonville. Rev. Kurt Hettinga will officiate and inurnment will be Fort Howard Cemetery, Green Bay. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. until time of service at the church.
