Anthony J. Polly, age 31, of Waupaca, WI, passed away on Tuesday, December 28, 2021 due to losing his ongoing battle to drug addiction.
Anthony was born on May 5, 1990 in Waupaca, WI, son of Kurt J. and Pam (Simpson) Polly. He worked for Golke Brothers Roofing in Waupaca for a few years. Anthony will be deeply missed by all of his loving family and many friends.
Anthony is survived by his mother Pam Polly of Waupaca; his son Kaleb Polly and his mother Kelsey Olson of Waupaca; his daughter Emma Zamora and her mother Grace Zamora of Blue Island, IL; one brother Jerome Polly of Waupaca; two sisters, Jennifer (fiancé Andrew Colden) Angsten of Waupaca and Makenzie Simpson of Waupaca; his maternal grandmother Mary Lou Whitlatch of Charleston, WV; nieces and nephews: Keagan, Dymorie, Denver and Brooklyn; and also by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by his father Kurt Polly; paternal grandparents, Arden and Joan Polly; maternal grandfather Wayland “JR” Simpson Jr.; and two uncles, Ross Polly and Mark S. Simpson.
A Memorial Service for Anthony will be on Friday, January 7, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. at the Holly Funeral Home in Waupaca, WI. Pastor Paul Stevens will officiate. A visitation will be held on Friday afternoon from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. at the Holly Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are appreciated in Anthony’s name. The Holly Funeral Home of Waupaca is assisting the family with arrangements.
